Rosleskhoz has developed a manual for working with electronic document formats and XSD-schemes for the formation of the act of the final inspection of the cutting area
Specialists of the Federal Forestry Agency (Rosleskhoz) in order to implement the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation on the approval of types of logging operations and the procedure for their implementation (No. 23) * prepared a guide for working with electronic document formats and XSD-schemes for the formation of the act of the final inspection of the logging site .
Recall that the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia No. 23 comes into force on September 1. It updated the provisions concerning the preparation of the act of the final inspection of the cutting area. This document has been converted to electronic format and now it should be certified with an enhanced qualified electronic signature. The transition to electronic acts of the final inspection of the cutting area will simplify the process of transferring information by forest users and speed up the procedures for the provision of public services for the acceptance of reports on the use of forests.
To form the act, Rosleskhoz developed XSD schemas. In addition, a general guide for working with electronic document formats has been prepared.
“Essentially, the manual is an instruction developed for forest users. It describes the general principles of forming the structure of packages and XML files according to established formats - XSD schemas. These files are used to prepare electronic forest declarations, afforestation and reforestation projects, as well as the act of the final inspection of cutting areas, which is now also digitized,” explained the acting. Natalya Veselova, Head of the Department for the Development of Information Systems and the State Forest Registry of Rosleskhoz.
The manual and new XSD schemas are available at https://rosleshoz.gov.ru/documents/sampledocuments on the website of the department. The same section contains XSD-schemes of reports on the use, reproduction, conservation and protection of forests, project documentation for a forest site, a reforestation project, a forest planting project, and acts of forest pathological examination.
Note that XSD schemas are intended for the exchange of electronic forms of documents between information systems.
