“Victory Dictation is an action that unites people of different ages and professions,” said the First Deputy Minister. “In this case, the catchphrase ‘The main thing is not victory, but participation’ fits perfectly, because the main goal of the ‘Victory Dictation’ is to preserve the memory of the years of the Great Patriotic War, the exploits of front-line soldiers and home front workers.”

“The memory of the Great Patriotic War should be passed down from generation to generation and carefully kept in every family. This is our duty to those who fought on the fields of war and selflessly worked in the rear, bringing the Victory closer,” added Ilgizar Zaripov. “I wish everyone good luck in writing the dictation.”

Also, the participants of the Victory Dictation were greeted by Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Honored Veterinary Doctor of the Republic of Tatarstan, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation and the Chechen Republic, Honorary Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation Ivan Nikitin.
