Yesterday, on September 5, the annual initial training courses for pilot-observers began at the Aviation Training Center of the FBU Avialesookhrana. The cadets were greeted by the deputy heads of FBU Avialesookhrana Nikolay Kovalev and Andrey Yeritsov.
41 representatives of specialized institutions from 17 regions of the North-Western, Ural, Volga, Siberian and Far Eastern federal districts, as well as the Republic of Kazakhstan, began training in a unique profession. From the Republic of Tatarstan, the course will be held by the foreman of the type III forest fire station of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” Almir Akhmetshin.
The course is scheduled to end on April 28, 2023. After successfully passing the exams, the cadets will be awarded diplomas of professional retraining in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
Recall that the Aviation Training Center of FBU Avialesookhrana is the only place in Russia for training unique specialists of pilot-observers working as part of aircraft flight crews and providing detection of forest fires, monitoring the situation, and coordinating work to extinguish forest fires.
