Since the beginning of 2022, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has received 11.1 thousand applications for the provision of public services. “7.7 thousand applications, or 70% of the total volume, were submitted through public service portals,” said Ilgizar Zaripov, First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. “Of course, the advantages of receiving public services in electronic form are obvious, these are the availability of information related to the receipt of services, and the reduction in time costs, and the possibility of submitting an application from anywhere at a convenient time.”
“Also, according to the analysis, there is a tendency to increase the number of applications. It is expected that this year the number of services provided by the Ministry will increase by 2-2.5 times compared to 2020,” added Ilgizar Zaripov.
Recall that at present the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan provides 13 public services in electronic form. Among them - the provision of a forest area for rent based on the results of an auction, without bidding, the provision of a forest area for free use, permanent (perpetual) use, examination of a forest development project, conclusion of contracts for the sale of forest plantations for the own needs of citizens, approval of acts of forest pathological examination , acceptance of forest declarations and reports on the use of forests, reports on forest management activities, provision of extracts from the state forest register, issuance of permits for the use of lands or land plots that are state-owned, without providing land plots and establishing an easement, public easement, project coordination reforestation and afforestation projects.
