Specialists from Tatarstan became winners of the Russian Championship among fellers “Lesorub-2022”
Today in the city of Krasnoyarsk the Championship of Russia among fellers “Lesorub-2022” has ended. Recall that the competition was organized as part of the Forests of Russia forum.
More than 70 people from 17 constituent entities of the Russian Federation took part in the competition. The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by a team consisting of specialists from the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Nurlatsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Training and Experimental Sabinsky Forestry”.
During the competition, its participants completed a number of tasks on felling a tree, bucking, pruning, etc.
Specialists from the Republic of Tatarstan showed worthy results and were among the winners of the Russian Championship among fellers “Lesorub”. So, Georgy Zakharov took first place among juniors, Elena Safiullina - third place among women. Valery Ivanov was awarded the first place among harvester operators. Also, the team of the republic was awarded the third place in the “relay” exercise and the overall standings among harvester and forwarder operators.
