Specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the All-Russian Day of Running “Cross of the Nation – 2022”
Today, the city of Kazan hosted the All-Russian Day of Running “Cross of the Nation – 2022”. The route ran along the territory of the embankment of the Kazanka River and the Uram extreme park. Everyone came to the start - professional athletes, sports veterans, children, students and people with disabilities.
Specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Samat Aripov, Anna Sergeeva, Anna Nasrutdinova, Insaf Ikhsanov, Lilia Kolyucheva, Ramil Gilmanshin, Alina Safiullina, Albina Akhmetshina, Ramil Shaikhutdinov, Alsu Valieva, Lyubov Samokhvalova and Leyla Akhmetyanova also took part in the Cross of the Nation.
The program of the holiday included races at a distance of 1, 2 and 3 kilometers. A cultural and entertainment program was also organized with the participation of creative and sports teams from Kazan.
The All-Russian Day of Running “Cross of the Nation” is the most massive and large-scale sporting event on the territory of the Russian Federation, both in terms of the number of participants and geographical coverage. It has been held annually since 2004. The main goal of the event is to promote a healthy lifestyle and attract Russians to physical culture and various sports.
