Today, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a preventive measure as part of the federal state forest control (supervision) about Transstroymekhanizatsiya LLC. The event was held in the form of a videoconference with the participation of representatives of the enterprise and heads of forestry forestries of the republic.
The Head of the State Forest Control and Supervision Department of the Ministry Airat Akhmerov made the keynote speech. He spoke about the changes in the forest legislation concerning the implementation of the federal state forest control (supervision), the types of preventive and control, and supervisory measures.
Airat Akhmerov dwelled in detail on the mandatory requirements for the activities of Transstroymekhanizatsiya LLC. Among them - drawing up projects for the development of forests, compliance with the terms of lease agreements for forest plots, submission of a forest declaration, reports, a set of measures for the fire-fighting arrangement of forests, and non-violation of sanitary safety rules in forests.
“When using forests for construction, reconstruction, operation of linear facilities, it is not allowed to damage forest plantations, vegetation cover and soil outside the lands on which forests are used, and the buffer zone of linear facilities, as well as littering the territories adjacent to the lands on which forests, construction, and household waste, wood waste are used,” Airat Akhmerov recalled.
