The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan posted for public discussion a draft program for the prevention of risks of harm to legally protected values for 2023
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed and posted for public discussion a draft program for the prevention of risks of causing harm (damage) to legally protected values in the exercise by the Ministry of powers for federal state forest control (supervision) on the lands of the forest fund in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023. This work was carried out following Article 44 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020, No. 248-FZ “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 990 “On Approval of the Rules development and approval by the control (supervisory) authorities of the program for the prevention of risks of causing harm (damage) to legally protected values” to stimulate conscientious compliance with mandatory requirements by all controlled persons, eliminate conditions, causes, and factors that can lead to violations of mandatory requirements and (or) causing harm (damage) to legally protected values, creating conditions for bringing mandatory requirements to controlled persons, raising awareness about how to comply with them.
