Today, students of class 4 “G” of the MBOU “Gymnasium No. 122 named after Z.A. Zaitseva” in Kazan visited the Forest Museum of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The excursion for the children was conducted by the director of the museum Ilgiz Zaripov.
Ilgiz Zaripov told the schoolchildren about the history and current state of the forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ongoing work on the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests, the Forest Selection and Seed Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Lubyanka Forestry College, etc.
It should be noted that among the students was the great-granddaughter of the first Minister of Forestry of the TASSR, Honored Forester of the TASSR Alexander Gulyaev. “I know a lot about my great-grandfather and, in general, about the forest industry,” said Dina Gulyaeva. “This is largely due to the stories of my father, who also worked in forestry. It was he who instilled in me a love for the forest and showed me how important it is to protect nature. I liked the Museum of the Forest, I would like to visit it again.”
