Specialists of the Zainsk forestry have completed work on the inventory of forest crops

Employees of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Zainsky forestry” completed the inventory of forest crops. So, forestry specialists examined forest crops in 2022, 2020, and 2018. Based on the results of the inventory, plots on a total area of 234.1 hectares were classified as lands on which forests are located.

“The results of the inventory in the basic forest nurseries showed that we have 1.5 million pieces of standard planting material. Of these, oak - 384 thousand pieces, spruce - 92 thousand pieces, ash - more than 1 million pieces,” said reforestation engineer Lilia Valieva. “This number of seedlings is sufficient to carry out reforestation work and supplement forest crops next year.”
