The Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan is working to update the data of the register of state forest pathological monitoring
In the branch of FBU “Roslesozashchita” “Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan”, work is underway to update the data of the register of state forest pathological monitoring. Before being included in the register, all information is checked for compliance with ground-based observations of the sanitary and forest pathological state of forests, ISDM-Rosleskhoz, and remote sensing.
Since the beginning of the year, plots with a total area of 2502 hectares have been excluded from the register.
Based on the register data, forest areas will draw up plans for forest protection measures for 2023. “Correctly appointed measures will improve the sanitary and forest pathological condition of the forest fund of the republic,” say experts from the Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
