The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan outlined the tasks for the fourth quarter of 2022
Today, the Ministry outlined the tasks for the fourth quarter of 2022. The meeting was held by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event, which was held via videoconference, was attended by Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forestries, and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov made the keynote speech. He dwelled on the progress of work on the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests, the results of the fire season in forests, issues of implementing Federal Law No. 280-FZ of July 29, 2017, etc.
“Tomorrow, October 15, the fire season in the forests will be officially closed,” said the Deputy Minister. “As a result of well-coordinated interaction of all structures and organizations, carried out fire prevention measures, this year we were able to prevent emergencies. I thank everyone for the high-quality work and professional approach to solving the tasks.”
Rais Gumerov said that this year there is a low fruiting of English oak. “To ensure the implementation of the plan, it is necessary to ensure the procurement of seeds of spruce, pine, maple, ash, linden, and other species,” he stressed. “Seed collection is an additional indicator of the regional project “Preservation of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the national project “Ecology”. The work must be completed by December 1, having received certificates of seed quality from the Center for the Protection of the Forest of the Republic.”
The Deputy Minister also instructed the heads of subordinate institutions to ensure the placement of machinery and equipment for winter storage, to strengthen control over the prevention of violations of forest law requirements. “It is necessary to ensure the implementation of the plan for the number of forest patrols. This indicator is included in the assessment of the effectiveness of subjects following the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated December 9, 2014 No. 545 ‘On approval of the Methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation by state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the powers of the Russian Federation transferred following Article 83 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation in the field of forest relations’.”
Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov summed up the results of the meeting. “2022 is drawing to a close. I ask everyone to pay special attention to the implementation of the remaining work on the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests within the framework of the state task, the execution of acts, and other documentation,” he said. “This is especially true for forest protection measures.”
