In the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Almetyevsky Forestry” 348 kg of seeds were harvested
In the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Almetyevsky Forestry”, the harvesting of seeds of the main forest-forming species continues. “Currently, the collection of ash seeds is in full swing, specialists from the Almetyevsky forestry are also involved in the work,” said Vitaly Utnyukhin, director of the forestry enterprise. “To date, 275 kilograms of ash seeds have been harvested by joint efforts.”
According to him, also since the beginning of 2022, 30 kg of birch seeds, 3 kg of pine seeds, and 40 kg of amorphous seeds have been collected.
“In total, according to the state task, it is necessary to prepare 325 kilograms of seeds. Despite the implementation of the plan, the collection of seed material will continue,” he added.
