The introduction of the updated accounting model will take place in two stages: in November, notifications will be received about not passing the document verification, and in December such data will be blocked.
In early November, users of the upgraded segment of LesEGAIS will be able to enter information on actual wood residues based on the results of an inventory of its storage sites and timber processing infrastructure facilities. As Vyacheslav Spirenkov, deputy head of Rosleskhoz noted, the renovation will allow efficient and high-quality timber turnover operations.
“The updated functionality of the system will allow users to re-sort, process, and write off wood residues at the places of its storage and processing, as well as transfer wood residues and products of its processing between warehouses without issuing an electronic accompanying document for timber transportation,” said Vyacheslav Spirenkov.
Also, in LesEGAIS there will be a function to automatically check the created objects for a match with existing data. If a similarity is found, then the duplicate is removed by the user, and the added information is combined into one document. In November 2022, the system will notify the user about the failure to pass the balance model check, and in December block the possibility of issuing the corresponding document.
For the comfortable adaptation of users of the system, Rosleskhoz is preparing detailed instructions for working with the updated functionality of the web portal of the modernized LesEGAIS segment, as well as a mobile application. Presentations of the updated interface of the web portal and mobile application are now available on the site for study.
