The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan outlined the tasks for the coming period
Today, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting via videoconference, at which the tasks for the upcoming period were discussed. The meeting was attended by deputy ministers, the manager of affairs, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forestries, and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov, and Head of the Department of State Control and Supervision Airat Akhmerov made presentations at the meeting.
Ilgizar Zaripov spoke about the implementation of Federal Law No. 280-FZ of July 29, 2017, the harvesting of seeds of the main forest-forming species, the acceptance of work on compensatory reforestation, and recalled the changes made to Federal Law No. 8-FZ of February 9, 2009 “On ensuring access to information on the activities of state bodies and local self-government bodies”.
He said that to date, 9474 kg of forest plant seeds have been harvested in the Republic of Tatarstan. The specialists of Alkeevsky, Arsky, Bavlinsky, Bolgarsky, Buinsky, Zelenodolsky, Kaibitsky, Menzelinsky, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky, and Tetyushsky forestries of the republic have completed the collection of seeds.
“The rest of the forestry enterprises needs to complete the work by December 1 and receive certificates of seed quality,” Ilgizar Zaripov emphasized. “I also remind you that less than a month remains before the end of the acceptance of work on compensatory reforestation and afforestation. I ask you to step up your activities in this direction.”
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov dwelled on the implementation of a complex of works for the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests. “To date, the implementation of the state task on the submitted acts is 86 percent,” he said. “I remind you that all activities within the framework of the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology” must be completed before December 1 of this year.”
Rais Gumerov instructed the heads of subordinate institutions to intensify work on paperwork and submission of acts to the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Control of the Ministry.
Airat Akhmerov informed the meeting participants about the implementation of the plan for patrolling the lands of the forest fund of the republic, the features of working in the GIS “Typical cloud solution for automation of control (supervisory) activities” and the system “Unified register of types of control”.
