Tomorrow, on November 12, the Russian Federation will celebrate the ecological holiday “Titmouse’s Day”. Recall that this holiday was created on the initiative of the Russian Bird Conservation Union.
On this day, residents of different settlements of the country are preparing to welcome the “winter guests” - birds that stay for the winter in the Russian regions: titmice, goldfinches, bullfinches, jays, tap dances, waxwings. They prepare food for them, including “titmouse delicacies”: unsalted bacon, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds, make and hang feeders.
