The Ministry discussed the results of law enforcement practice

Today, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tajikistan held a public discussion of the results of law enforcement practice for the 2nd half of 2022. The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, heads and specialists of the structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forestries, their deputies, etc.

Head of the Department of State Control and Supervision Airat Akhmerov made a keynote speech at the event. He recalled that following the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 10, 2022 No. 336 “On the features of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control”, this year the Ministry did not conduct scheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

“Taking into account the requirements of the law, we were focused on the implementation of preventive measures,” Airat Akhmerov said. “In total, in 2022, within the framework of the federal state forest control (supervision), 2.4 thousand such events were carried out, of which 107 preventive visits and 562 consultations.”

“In addition, 26 warnings were issued,” he added. “The most frequent offenses were violations of sanitary and fire safety rules in forests.”

According to him, also this year, 59 control (supervisory) measures were taken without interaction with controlled persons and 1 control (supervisory) event with interaction to verify compliance with the order. According to their results, 28 violations of forest legislation were revealed, and the detection and collection of damages was 100%.

Then First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov answered the questions of the participants of the videoconference concerning the implementation of federal state forest control (supervision), registration of forest plots for lease, etc.

At the end of the meeting, a discussion and exchange of views took place on the results of the law enforcement practice of the Ministry and the possibilities for improving its effectiveness.
