The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the work and outlined the tasks for 2023
Today, the Ministry held a videoconference meeting on the topic “On the results of the work of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinate institutions in 2022 and tasks for 2023”. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by deputy ministers, the manager of affairs, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forestries, district foresters, and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Reports at the meeting were made by Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov, Head of the Department of Organizational Work Natalya Tyukaeva, and Head of the Sector for Civil Service and Personnel Elvira Ziyatdinova.
First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov spoke about the fulfillment of the state task for the implementation of a set of works on the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests in 2022. Thus, reforestation work was carried out on an area of 3.6 thousand hectares, sowing seeds in basic forest nurseries - on 24.8 hectares. Also during the year, 14 tons of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 33.9 million pieces of standard planting material were grown.
As part of the implementation of the federal state forest control (supervision), 2.5 thousand preventive measures were taken, 59 control (supervisory) measures without interaction with controlled persons and 1 control (supervisory) event with interaction to verify compliance with the order, 28 violations of forest legislation were identified.
In addition, the First Deputy Minister briefed those present on the results of the digitalization of the forestry industry. He said that this year, work was underway to create a digital database on the lands of the forest fund, purchase quadrocopters, and connect subordinate institutions of the Ministry to high-speed Internet.
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov dwelled on the issues of labor protection, harvesting, and sale of wood, efficient operation of the fleet of vehicles, and the results of the financial and economic activities of subordinate institutions for 2022.
Natalya Tyukaeva informed about the results of the activities of primary trade union organizations, and implemented measures of social support, Elvira Ziyatdinova recalled the upcoming declaration campaign and the main mistakes made when reporting income, expenses, property, and property obligations.
Minister Ravil Kuzyurov summed up the results of the meeting. He gave the heads of subordinate institutions several instructions related to the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests, the implementation of federal state forest control (supervision), forest protection, careful operation of equipment, etc.
“I ask you to pay special attention to the issues of preparation for the fire season in the forests,” Ravil Kuzyurov emphasized. “At the beginning of next year, it is necessary to start systematic propaganda and explanatory work among the population on compliance with the requirements of fire safety rules in forests.”
