Congratulation of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov on the coming New Year
Dear colleagues and veterans of the forest complex of the Republic of Tatarstan!
On behalf of the staff of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my behalf, I cordially congratulate you on the upcoming New Year 2023!
The outgoing year was not easy, however, it proved that together we can overcome any difficulties and confidently move forward.
Tatarstan retains the status of a leading region in the implementation of the transferred powers of the Russian Federation in the field of forest relations. In 2022, all the target indicators of the federal project Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology” were successfully achieved in the republic - reforestation work was carried out on an area of 3619 hectares, 14.4 tons of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 33.9 million pieces of standard planting material were grown.
Despite the abnormal heat in the summer period, the fire season in the forests passed without emergencies. This became possible thanks to the completed set of measures for the fire-fighting arrangement of forests, control, and well-coordinated interaction between forest industry specialists, the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Republic of Tatarstan, and executive authorities of municipal districts.
Also among the significant events of 2022 is the continuation of the processes of digital transformation of the forest industry. The implementation of the second stage of the project for the transfer of public services provided by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan into electronic form was completed. In addition, work was underway to create a digital database of forest fund lands in the Republic of Tatarstan, purchase unmanned aerial vehicles, and connect subordinate institutions to high-speed Internet. The digital database will not only help in solving the problem of discrepancy between the data of the state forest registry and the USRN, but it will also become the basis for the creation of a regional forest management system that will transfer all processes of control and management of the forest fund into digital format.
Next year, we are faced with the tasks of further modernization of the forestry complex, updating the material and technical base of forestries and forestry enterprises of the republic, introducing innovations and scientific achievements into production and improving working conditions for industry specialists.
