Every day 700-800 cubic meters of wood is delivered to the special economic zone “Alabuga” from forestries of the Republic of Tatarstan

Every month, small complex brigades of subordinate State Budgetary Establishments “Forest” prepare about 55 thousand cubic meters of wood in the forest fund. As for right now, short log trucks of the Forest transportation company have brought about 29,515 cubic meters of wood to the sites of the “Castamonu Integrated Wood Industry” plant.

The first plant (on production of MDF boards) will be put into operation in April 2014. It is planned to produce MDF, chipboards and OSB boards at the plant, and consumption of wood will amount to about 2 million cubic meters per year.
