On the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R. Minnikhanov, the objects of cultural heritage in the historical center of Kazan have been restored: the house where the Tatar playwright G. Kamal lived from 1902 to 1933 (48 Narimanova str.), the house adjacent to the Apanaevskaya mosque (31 Nasyri str.), the house of the Isanbaev family (33 Nasyri str.), the house where St. Iosaph Udalov lived (31 Tikhomirnogo str.), the building of the printing house and letter foundry of the Karimov brothers (18 Paris Commune str.).
The house of the merchant I. Alafuzov regained its original appearance (1 Gladilova str.) – it is the largest object of wooden architecture that was included into the Presidential program for restoration of architectural monuments. Craftsmen of Arsk forestry and the State Budgetary Establishment “Archales” are finishing the work on it.
