Deputies of the Committee for Natural Resources, Environmental Management and Ecology of the State Duma of the Russian Federation continue to familiarize with establishments of the Republic

On May 23, deputies inspected shops of the plant “Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry” in the special economic zone “Alabuga” engaged in processing of soft-wooded broadleaved species and visited Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the largest oil processing companies in Russia operate. Deputies familiarized with installations for recovery of associated petroleum gas and wondered how ecological problems of the region were solved.
