On the entry into force of the rules of the Federal Law of 28.12.2013 № 415-FZ

According to Parts 1 and 2 of Article 50.4 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation wood transport any kind of transport is carried out in the presence of the accompanying document. The accompanying document issued by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, is the owner of the wood.
From 1 January 2015 transport timber without executed as per the forest legislation accompanying document shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of timber and (or) vehicles, which are an instrument of an administrative offense, or without it ; for legal entities - from 500 to 700 thousand rubles with confiscation of timber and (or) vehicles, which are an instrument of an administrative offense, or without it (Part 5 of Article 8.28.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
