First Deputy Minister Kharis Musin spoke at the Parliament proceedings of the State Duma

The Parliament proceedings on “Legal and economic aspects of efficacy enhancement and development of the forest complex of the Russian Federation” were held at the State Duma Committee for Nature Resources, Nature Use and Ecology under the chairmanship of V.I. Kashin. Representatives of legislative and executive state authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the territory whereof there are forest resources, spoke during the proceedings.

In his report on “Economic strategy for development of the forest complex of the Republic of Tatarstan”, First Deputy Minister Kharis Musin told about three projects implemented in the field, namely forest reclamation, forest protection and rational use of forest raw resources.

Kh.G. Musin also turned everyone’s attention to the burning issues that emerge in the course of implementation of a complex of forest economic measures on the territory of Tatarstan as a sparsely forested Republic, and he also submitted several offers regarding legal and economic aspects of the field development.
