The silviculturists of the Irkutsk Region visited Tatarstan in view of raising awareness and sharing experience

The forestry specialists have visited Lubyansky Forest Engineering College where they got acquainted with the exhibits of the college museum, visited the Lubyansky forest nursery on the territory of which the students are trained. Also, the delegation have visited the Forest Breeding and Seed Center of the Sabinsky district where a special interest of the guests was captured by the laboratory of microclonal development and propagation of planting material using in vitro technology. In addition, the representatives of the Irkutsk Region have been shown a laboratory for seed quality testing, greenhouses for ball-rooted planting stock.
