Today, a press conference dedicated to implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation in the Republic of Tatarstan” as part of the national project “Ecology” was held at the Tatar-inform Information Agency.

Today, a ministerial meeting was held at the Ministry, at which the progress of execution of protocol orders was examined.

Last week, state forest inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 440 patrols in the forests and identified 30 violations of forest legislation, including 2 facts of illegal felling of forest stands on the territory of the forest fund of the Aksubayevskiy and Elabuzhskiy forest districts.

To provide reforestation with seeds with improved hereditary properties, there are forest seed growing facilities on the territory of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan: forest seed plantations - 86 ha and permanent forest seed plots – 1,250 ha.

In autumn, the Republic of Tatarstan will carry out work to supplement forest crops.

This year, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan is conducting a republican review contest “The Best Forest District of the Republic of Tatarstan” for landscaping the forest fund.

Today a traditional meeting of graduates took place at the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College.

Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuziurov visited the Matyushinskiy district forestry of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigorodnyi Forest District”.

Today a meeting on results of reforestation in 2019 was held in SPI of RT “Privolzhskiy Forest District”.

Work to improve the sanitary condition of forest stands is continuing in the Republic of Tatarstan.
