Tomorrow, on February 8, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation - Head of the Federal Forestry Agency Ivan Valentik will visit the Republic of Tatarstan on a working visit.
During the working visit, a meeting with President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is scheduled. The parties will discuss issues of cooperation in the field of efficient use of forest resources and modernization of the industry.
Ivan Valentik will also inspect III type fire-chemical station in Vysokaya Gora village of Vysokogorskiy municipal district, meet with the staff of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigoronyi Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigorodniy Forestry Enterprise” and will hold a meeting in the Kazan Town Hall on topic "Efficiency of execution of powers delegated to the subjects of the Volga Federal District in the field of forest relations: results of 2018 and tasks for 2019 ”. The meeting will be attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, Head of the Forestry Department for the Volga Federal District Aleksandr Ornatskiy, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov and others.
