The results of ensuring fire safety in the forests for 8 months of 2019 were summed up. Let us recall that in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 180 dated March 13, 2019 “On measures aimed at ensuring fire safety in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019,” the fire hazard season in the republic was launched on April 15.

During this period, 629 cases of fires on lands of other categories on the total area of ​​354.7 ha were recorded. Thanks to the coordinated work of inspectors, foresters and executive authorities of municipal districts in Tatarstan, forest fires were not allowed to occur.

Since the beginning of 2019, the state forest inspectors of the republic have issued 1.3 thousand pieces of warnings about the inadmissibility of violating fire safety requirements. 44 decisions were also issued for violation of fire safety rules in forests for a total of 205.5 thousand rubles.

For reference. In order to detect and extinguish forest fires in the territory of the forest fund in Tatarstan, there are 18 type II fire-chemical stations at forestry enterprises and 5 type III fire-chemical stations at the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center”. The plans for the current year are the creation and staffing of two new type II fire-chemical stations on the territory of the Nizhnekamskiy and Nurlatskiy municipal districts. Space monitoring of fire hazard conditions and ground monitoring is underway. In addition, the regional dispatch control center of SBI of RT “Forest Fire Center” operates around the clock (tel. 8-800-100-94-00, 8 (843) 221-37-95). The number of forest fire formations is 651 people, equipment - 319 units of various equipment. In case of emergency, additional involvement of forces and means of fire departments and organizations with a total number of 2,976 people is provided, which are equipped with 612 pieces of equipment.
