“I would add that a specialist cannot work in a forestry or forestry enterprise in case of close relationship or property with another employee if the position is filled with direct subordination or control of one of them to another. Close relatives include parents, spouses, children, brothers, sisters,” concluded Elvira Ziyatdinova.

First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov summed up the meeting. “A conflict of interest or the risk of its occurrence is very dangerous for efficient operation,” he said. “You, as leaders, must strictly monitor the situation”.
