Ministry employees joined the All-Russian physical culture and sports movement "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP)
Today, employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan have joined the All-Russian physical culture and sports movement "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP). Based on the Testing Center in Kazan, the Trudovye Rezervy Stadium, 25 specialists of the Ministry passed the software bases of the TRP system. The main goal of the event is to promote a healthy lifestyle and popularize the RLD complex.
The standards were very different. They include mandatory and optional (elective) assignments. Everything is according to the rules, results, and of course the age limit. Running for speed and endurance, strength exercises, pull-ups and push-ups, long jump, forward bend from a standing position with straight legs on a gymnastic bench, and much more.
The friendly and close-knit team of the Ministry conscientiously performed at this event successfully fulfilled the standards and tasks assigned to it.
