Parliamentary hearings were held today in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the mode of videoconference on the issues of improving state policy in the field of forestry.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management Alexey Mayorov, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation Sergey Anoprienko, representatives of forestry management bodies, including from the Republic of Tatarstan - First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry.
Presentations at the meeting were made by Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation Sergey Anoprienko, Deputy Head of the Federal Forestry Agency Alexander Panfilov, Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Sergey Mamedov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management Vladimir Lebedev, First Deputy Head of the Main Fire Department protection EMERCOM of Russia Oleg Grebenyuk and others.
During the hearings, the issues of staffing the forestry industry, the need to increase the wages of forestry workers, the adoption of a set of measures for the development of wood processing industries, the expansion of the forest road network, the development of lease relations, as well as the development of a methodology for the distribution of subventions from the federal budget between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation were discussed. implementation of certain delegated powers of the Russian Federation in the field of forestry relations.
Also, the participants in the hearings noted the need to finalize and approve the action plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Forestry Complex of the Russian Federation until 2030.
