Today, in the administration building in the city of Laishev, a meeting was held on the topic “On the results of the work of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevsky forestry enterprise” in 2021 and tasks for 2022.” The meeting was attended by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov, the head of the Laishevsky municipal district Ildus Zaripov, the head-forester of the GKU RT “Laishevsky forestry” Valery Izibekov, acting. Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevsky forestry enterprise” Marat Kiyamov, specialists of subordinate institutions.
Valery Izibekov, Head of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevsky forestry,” made the keynote speech at the meeting. He said that in 2021, work was carried out on the territory of the forestry on reforestation and afforestation on an area of 10 hectares, soil preparation for forest crops - on 6 hectares, sowing seeds in the basic forest nursery - on 0.5 hectares. Also, 560 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 588.7 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown. “Thus, all the tasks set within the framework of the regional project “Preservation of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the federal project “Preservation of forests” of the national project “Ecology” were completed,” said Valery Izibekov. “We will continue systematic work in this direction this year as well.”
According to him, as part of a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, 149 km of new fire-prevention mineralized strips were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 239 km were taken care of. Works were also carried out on the construction of fire roads with a total length of 13.5 km and their reconstruction - 30 km.
In addition, the forest ranger spoke in detail about the sanitary and health-improving, control and supervision measures, environmental actions, work with school forestries, etc.
Further, the presentations were made by acting. director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevsky forestry” Marat Kiyamov, local forest ranger of the Pestrechinsky district forestry, chairman of the primary trade union organization Bulat Galimullin.
Summing up the results of the meeting, the head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the work of subordinate institutions last year. “I thank everyone for their hard, creative work and contribution to the development of the republic's forest complex,” he said. “In 2022, we are faced with the task of continuing to work on the digital transformation of the forest industry. I also ask you to strengthen control over the prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation and pay special attention to preparing for the fire season in the forests.”
At the end of the meeting, an awards ceremony was held for distinguished employees of the industry.
