First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov held a “Lesson in Numbers” at the MBOU “Yukhmachinsky secondary school” of the Alkeyevsky district

Today, the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilgizar Zaripov, held a “Lesson of Numbers” on the topic “Virtual and Augmented Reality” at the MBOU “Yukhmachinsky secondary school” in the Alkeyevsky district. The event was organized as part of the Year of Digitalization in the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the class, Ilgizar Zaripov told schoolchildren about virtual and augmented reality technologies, their areas of application, the profession of a VR / AR developer, etc. “VR and AR technologies are used not only in the computer games industry but also in healthcare, education, construction, art, trade, and other areas,” the First Deputy Minister said. “For example, with their help, medical professionals can better understand the condition of patients and prepare for complex operations.”

“VR/AR developer is a profession of the future, passion for this area can grow into a full-fledged profession if you actively study the subjects of the school curriculum and take additional courses in programming and modeling,” added Ilgizar Zaripov.
