Today, the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov held a “Lesson in numbers” on the topic “Client-centric state” for participants in the children's health camp named after O. Koshevoy. The event was organized as part of the Year of Digitalization in the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the lesson, Ilgizar Zaripov told the children about the concepts of “customer-centricity” and “customer-orientedness”, a client-centric approach in public administration, public services, super services, etc.
“The state has decided to change approaches to the provision of services to citizens, focusing on achieving results, and not on the procedure for processing and considering applications,” said the First Deputy Minister. “After all, the main expectations of citizens when receiving public services are associated with an individual approach to solving their personal problems in the most convenient way for them. Customer centricity is a change in the state's approaches to the provision of services not as an ideal process, but as an achievement of the final result in the form of citizen satisfaction.”
