Today, the Ministry hosted a seminar on archival matters “Modern Archive”. The seminar, which was held via videoconference, was attended by the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forestry forestries, directors of forestry enterprises of the republic, etc.
The event was opened by the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov.
Reports were made by Guzel Ildarkhanova-Balchikly, Deputy Director for the Formation of the Archival Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and Acquisition of Documents - Head of the Center for Primary Processing of Documents of the State Budgetary Institution “State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan” and Kamilla Gordeeva, Chief Archivist of the Department for the Formation of the Archival Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The experts spoke about the basics of archival organization, the requirements for ensuring the safety of documents, the specifics of compiling a nomenclature of files, and conducting an examination of the value of documents. Particular attention was paid to the compilation of inventories of cases of permanent storage and personnel, work in the Unified Archival Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has been a source of staffing for the State Budgetary Institution “State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan” since 2006.
