Since the beginning of 2022, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has received 13.3 thousand applications for the provision of public services. Of these, 9.2 thousand applications were submitted through public service portals.
“The number of public services rendered increased by 38% compared to the same period last year,” said Natalia Khairutdinova, Leading Consultant at the Ministry's Leasing Department. “This result is associated with the active digitalization of the forest industry. Currently, the Ministry provides 13 public services in electronic form.”
Recall that the list of public services provided by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan includes the provision of a forest area for rent based on the results of an auction, without bidding, the provision of a forest area for gratuitous use, permanent (unlimited) use, examination of a forest development project, conclusion of contracts for the sale of forest plantations for own needs of citizens, approval of acts of forest pathological survey, acceptance of forest declarations and reports on the use of forests, reports on forest management activities, provision of extracts from the state forest register, issuance of permits for the use of land or land that are in state ownership, without providing land and establishment of the easement, public easement, coordination of reforestation projects and afforestation projects.
