Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin held a conference All-Russian "On the progress of preparations for the passage of the fire season in the forests of Russia"

The videoconference was attended by Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Minister - Head of the Federal Forestry Agency, Ivan Valentik, stast Secretary - Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of Russia Vladimir Artamonov, head of Hydromet Alexander Frolov, head of the Russian Federation, representatives of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of forest relationship.

 

Alexander Khloponin, opening the meeting, said that Russia should be introduced legislative ban on burning operations on agricultural land. The corresponding order is given to the Federal Forestry Agency and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
