More than 130 students headed by the form masters, as well as staff of the college took part in the students rally occasioned with Youth Day. By the results of the relay of touristic rally: group 21-lh took first place, group 11-lh – second place and group 31-lh – third place. Groups 12-lh and 12-e won the prize for the best touristic song. Groups 31-lh and 22-e - for bivouac organization. Yurasov Vasiliy (31-lh) and Ivanova Anna (12-e) were recognized as the best cooks of the touristic rally. Congratulations!!!
At the end of the event the students took part in various games, such as arm-wrestling, weights lifting, log conversion, tug of war and many others. All winners got valuable prizes. The touristic rally was conducted under the slogan “We are for healthy lifestyle”! The guests of the event – Head of Lubyany village settlement - R.F.Fakhraziev, Head of State public institution “Lubyanskiy Forestry” – F.A.Khabibrakhmanov, executive secretary of Juvenile affairs commission of Kukmorskiy municipal district – A.Kh.Musinа.
Within the framework of the Year of specially protected natural reservations the State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of environmental protection of “Spasskiy” natural reserve – Lyubov Murzak gave a lesson at the school summer camp “Friendship”, organized under Trekhozerskiy secondary educational school of Spasskiy municipal district. The lesson was focused on knowledge development about reserved areas of Tatarstan; by viewing a film the children made a journey to nature reserves of the republic, learned a lot about the reserves, their significance and role, about animal and plant world. After viewing a film the children with enthusiasm fulfilled creational works, using pencils and painting they drew animals, flowers and plants. They took active part in the quiz, naming animals and plants world of Tatarstan. It should be noted that much attention in the school is given to environmental education of the younger generation and it is thanks in large to the teachers Ivanushkin Dmitriy and Grishina Ekaterina. By the end of the lesson managers of the summer camp were presented with the third edition of Red Book of the Republic of Tatarstan and memorable posters on environmental subjects.
An ecological fest “Probuzhdeniye (The Wakening)” named after the First Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - Aleksandr Gulyaev, was held in Aksubayevo. The fest was conducted with participation of Aksubayevskiy municipal district Administration, RT Ministry of Forestry, representatives of “Novyi vek (New century)” television broadcaster, RT Ministry of Culture, RT Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, Aksubayevskiy inter-settlement central library. The fest has become traditional, it is held annually in the district. It is held for the third time and attracts growing number of visitor to the square in front of the central library.
Issues on creation of water conservation forest ranges were discussed in the meeting held in the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. The First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - Emir Bedertdinov, Head of afforestation department – Timur Galiev, as well as Heads of Arskiy and Prigorodnyi forestry took part in the meeting. Preliminary decision on creation of 80 hectares of water conservation forest ranges in the territory of the city of Kazan, Vysokogorskiy and Arskiy municipal districts was adopted in the meeting.
Distribution of Rabivak-O/333 preparation for immunization of wild carnivore animals against rabies has been completed in state forest fund of State Public Institution “Bolgar Forestry” located close to population area of Spasskiy municipal district. The staff members of the veterinary service of “Spasskiy district state association” and State Public Institution “Bolgar Forestry” have participated in the action. Bait was made of products edible for carnivore animals with addition of required quantity of tetracycline-hydrochloride briquette as a palatability marker. Effective vaccination of animals reduces the percentage of animal’s contamination, and consequently – risk of domestic animals infection from wild infected animals.
Alignment meeting with participation of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan – A.A.Nazirov, Head of Muslyumovskiy municipal district – R.Kh.Mullin, as well as Managers – Foresters and Directors of subordinate authorities of the Ministry was held in the premises of State Public Institution “Menzelinsk Forestry”.
By the example of Muslyumovskiy district forestry the issues of work arrangement on young growth tending, withdrawal of timber cutting areas for improvement cutting and cutting of mature and old-growth timber, forest plantation development in State forest resource and technical documentation keeping were considered.
During the meeting the Minister noted that in this spring foresters of Menzelinsk forestry carried out planting of forests at the area of about 140 hectares: “It is one of the greatest measures in the republic. But our mission is not only to create forest plantations. “The land needs care!”, as the saying goes. The same is with forests! Among the basic principles of forest legislation are the following: protection and conservation of forests, provision of multipurpose, rational, constant and sustainable use of forests, reforestation, improvement and forests capability increasing. For implementation of these principles it is required to fulfill all volumes of forests preservation, protection and afforestation”.

The forum will be focused on discussion of implementation of data accessibility policy related to forest resources and promotion of forest complex investment attractiveness using example of the best experiences of the Russian Federation subjects.

Forest fund of Menzelinsk forestry is one of the largest in the Republic of Tatarstan and comprises more than 70 thous. hectares. Menzelinsk forestry is comprised of Aktanyshskiy, Kalininskiy, Menzelinskiy, Muslyumovskiy, Yurtovskiy, Usinskiy forestry divisions. The forests are located in the territory of Tukayevskiy, Menzelinskiy and Muslyumovskiy administrative districts.
The reservoirs, called blue eyes of the Mother Earth, are not only a beautiful decoration of nature, but also a source of life. They will bring joy to us forever, if they are preserved and kept clean.
On June 14, within the framework of the Year of Specially Protected Natural Areas in the Republic of Tatarstan, administration of the State Nature Reserve "Kichke-Tan" organized an environmental action – a subbotnik (clean-up works) of the water protection area of the Izh River.
As is well known, water protection areas serve as a favorite place for "cultural" recreation of citizens. But for some reason after such picnics and walks heaps of garbage are left. Unfortunately, environmental education of some citizens does not allow them to clean up. As a result dumps are formed, the banks are cluttered with waste.
“Ecolyata” – young friends and defenders of nature – traditionally participated in the environmental event. Within a few hours the schoolchildren, together with their teachers, cleared the territory of the water protection area of the Izh River from garbage for more than 2 km. The children gathered plastic bottles, aluminum cans, plastic bags, paper, glass etc.
Thanks to the efforts of the activists, the water protection area was cleared up, 4 cubic meters of garbage was collected. "Ecolyata" hope that after the subbotnik the banks of the river Izh will remain clean for a long time. As is known, it's clean not where it is cleared up, but where it is not littered. During the summer period the schoolchildren together with the staff of the Kichke-Tan reserve will hold a number of "environmental task forces" aimed at cleaning of water protection places and recreation areas.
Subbotnik was visited by the delegation of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In conclusion of the event memorable gifts were presented to the young participants of the event. Speaking to the participants of the subbotnik, the head of State Nature Reserve "Kichke-Tan", Akhli Gaskarovich Faizullin, noted: "Collective work develops a feeling of love for the nature of the native land among the students, the desire to protect and preserve it, also contributes to the development of skills of work and ecological culture. It's amazing that, despite the young age, the younger generation thinks wisely. Children know how to see beauty and say that it will save the world. Obviously, the children worked with great enthusiasm."
Despite the gusty wind and rain, the participants of the subbotnik worked with a spark and got a great pleasure from the work done and from communication.
The foresters conducted an excursion devoted to fire safety in forests for school children in the premises of Municipal budgetary institution of additional education “Children’s activity center “Tankodrom” in Sovetskiy district of the city of Kazan. Children of the 1-4 forms of summer camp of school No 86 in Sovetskiy district of the city of Kazan took part in the event.
Children’s activity center “Tankodrom” – is a multidisciplinary institution of additional education. One of the activity lines of the institution – is schoolchildren environmental education and upbringing. More than 30 environmental associations are functioning in the premises of the center, seizing more than 1000 children of the age of 7-18 years. Young ecologists are actively engaged in environmental activities, they plant trees, make and hang birdhouses, take part in ecological clean-up events. The pupils of the eco-center enhance the prestige of the educational institution, taking prizes at regional, all-Russian, international ecological Olympiads, competitions, conferences: All-Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren in ecology, All-Russian competitions "Young environmental researchers", "Biotope" and many others.
Graduates of the eco-center continue their education in profile universities. According to the center’s work schedule with the school camps of the Tankodrom micro-district, this week is devoted to environmental activities. Akhmerov Ayrat Fargatovich, Director of the forest fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan and a teacher of additional education concurrently, whose students have won the Republican Olympiad on Ecology, today held an event on fire safety, rules of behavior in the forest. He told the students about the causes of forest fires, firefighting ways and methods, priority actions in the event of forest fire.
Children took active part in the discussion, answered questions, shared opinions, for which they were awarded with memorable gifts. After theory, they went on to practice, during which the forestry workers acquainted the children with fire equipment, implements and a fire truck on the basis of the KAMAZ vehicle AC-3,0-40 (4326) 26VR.
